How it works
- Download and fill in the repair request form below.
- Email it to service@bdmicro.ca.
- Ship your unit to the RMA / Repair Dept address shown on the form. Include a copy of the form in the box.
- We inspect it and send you a quote. No work starts until you say OK.
Our repair terms
- Quote after inspection.
- We give you an average price range up front.
- Final quote once any needed parts are sourced.
- No fix, no charge.
- If no service is done, the customer pays return shipping.
