Shipping policy

Checkout shows the shipping charge. We ship within Canada and to the United States. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Remote addresses can take longer.

If you do not ask for shipping insurance, our liability for loss or damage in transit is limited to the minimum coverage the courier provides, up to a maximum of $100 CAD. If you ask for insurance and we confirm it, that insurance applies instead.

If a shipment needs a signature and you refuse to sign, and the courier returns it to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the shipping expenses. We refund only part of what you paid. We do not refund the shipping you paid, and we deduct those return and shipping costs from the refund. This does not apply when the item is defective, damaged, the wrong item, or not as described.

US shipments

Since August 29, 2025, the US$800 de minimis exemption no longer applies, so every shipment to the US may owe duties and taxes regardless of order value. CUSMA/USMCA duty-free treatment is not automatic, and most finished laptops and PCs do not qualify unless they meet the rules of origin and have the right paperwork. The buyer usually pays any duties and taxes charged by US Customs.
