Warranty & Refunds

All refurbished products are backed by a 90-day warranty.

If a product states a different warranty length, that length applies.

An extended warranty of 1 year or 3 years is only what the final invoice says. It is not promised by the product description.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from BD Micro. It does not apply to items bought from another seller.

The warranty does not cover water spills, liquid damage, damage caused by the user, drops, or similar misuse or accidents. Accidental damage is not covered. If you email sales@bdmicro.ca and BD Micro agrees in writing to an exception, coverage may apply at BD Micro’s discretion.
