Warranty & Refunds

Please note that all of BD Micro’s refurbished and new products (excluding batteries) come with a standard 60-day warranty, unless extended warranty stayed in an invoice. While batteries are covered under a 30-day warranty.

Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unassembled and in their original packaging. All returned product(s) must include the original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the seller if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other cases (e.g., if you change your mind), the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

To Request a Return

Please contact the seller directly or email us at service@bdmicro.ca. All return requests must include the following information:

• Product serial number, invoice number, and product description
• Number of items to be returned
• Date you received your product
• Condition of the product
• Condition of the packaging
• Reason for return

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
